Yes. We have been in the business for the past 30 years and have created multiple residential and remodel projects. The majority of the homes built over the last 30 years, have been built using in-house created floor plans/designs.

Our team is experienced in the field, we help to develop a budget that works for you and will notify you beforehand of any cost variances.

Once the construction is started, visiting the site while work is being done is highly discouraged. Safety is a huge issue around in-process build sites and we strive to keep our suppliers, subcontractors and customers safe.

The team at Reinhardt Homes is much more flexible than other builders in Central Oregon. We are able to manipulate our floor plans without a huge cost to the customer. We are flexible, allowing our customers to do some of the work on the house to keep their costs down. We strive to build beautiful homes and make the process easy and enjoyable for our customers.

Once the home is complete, the final inspection by the County or City is complete and final financial draw has been received by Reinhardt Homes.

It is our goal to have as little change as possible once the construction begins. Changes are expensive and can create confusion and errors. Working with the customer heavily before construction starts, reduces the need for change.

As a matter of fact, all our estimates and quotes are free of cost. We are excited to meet with potential customers to discuss their ideas and needs. We can, fairly quickly, provide a detailed proposal that includes the scope of work, estimated cost and estimated time of completion.

Each construction project is different, and the completion depends upon the size and the scope of involved work. We try our best to establish an estimated time of completion and meet that date, but there are so many variables that can impact the completion date.
